The Rockport Chamber Music certainly has a lot of Cape Ann to the Shalin Liu Performance Center stage season. First, it was the world premiere of Shadle’s piano trio “Dogtown Common,” performed on opening weekend. And now Saturday, the festival welcomes back RCMF co-founder David Alpher with his new work, “Between Twilights,” based on seven poems by Mardsen Hartley.
